Enhanced Room in House

CRM London Students can arrange Enhanced Room in House accommodation for students attending courses at Coventry University London Campus that would prefer to rent a room in a private house or flat - rather than a purpose-built halls of residence. 

Drawing upon our past experience of managing large relocation projects for leading international companies, CRM London Students offers a range of rooms in student accommodation to suit your requirements.

We can find you a room in a shared house or flat, a house or flat for you and your friends, or a house or flat just for you - depending on your requirements and budget.  A typical Enhanced Room in House will be well located with nearby public transport connections, allowing you to get around town easily and quickly. 

As the Coventry University London Campus is situated less than a five minute walk from Liverpool Street station, we will ensure your accommodation is on major bus routes, underground, and mainline rail within 60 minutes travel time. 

The Process

Once you have decided you would like an Enhanced Room in House and paid your Booking Fee on-line, CRM London Students will undertake a comprehensive property search to find suitable accommodation for you. 

Utilising our strong links with networks of letting agents and specialist accommodation providers, we will shortlist suitable Enhanced Room in House accommodation.  Once the accommodation has been chosen we will use your Booking Fee to ensure your Enhanced Room in House is secured for you.

We will then provide you with the relevant contact details so you can arrange to pay the required rent and deposit to your landlord, or their agent, and sign the tenancy agreements for your Enhanced Room in House.

Your Booking Fee is necessary to ensure your accommodation is secured for you, and it will be used by CRM London Students as an advance part-payment to your landlord or their agent to secure your Enhanced Room in House. 

If you are going to rent your Enhanced Room in House with fellow Coventry University London Campus students, you will be able to use our dedicated Facebook on-line social media space - to interact and get to know each other before you arrive!
