Once your chosen accommodation has been secured by CRM London Students we will do one of two things:
For Room in House and Enhanced Room in House we will provide you with the relevant contact details so you can arrange to pay the required rent and deposit to your landlord, or their agent, and sign the tenancy agreements for your Room.
For Rooms in Halls of Residence we will send you two tenancy agreements to be completed by you and your guarantor.
If you do not return these within the time-frame given, together with payment either by direct debit or credit/debit card for the initial monies due (as well as your signed direct debit form), we cannot guarantee your accommodation.

You will still be liable for the rent due under the contract unless you or we can find another student to take it over. We can only try to find a replacement once all of our other rooms are full. If you find a replacement, we will simply charge you a £50 administration fee and rent up to the time the new tenant contract starts.
