Student Accommodation in Central London

Reserving your Small Cluster Flat Room is easy.  You simply pay your £250 Booking Fee on-line and complete your Application Form and CRM London Students will secure your accommodation. 

We will use your Booking Fee to secure your chosen accommodation on your behalf before the commencement of your course at Coventry University London Campus.

Your Booking Fee is necessary to ensure your accommodation is secured for you, and it will be used by CRM London Students as an advance payment to your landlord.

Please note: all tenants are required to provide a UK-based guarantor or be required to pay rent in advance. 

Your guarantor agrees to pay the rent, and any other unpaid charges, in the event of you being unable to do so.  Any tenant unable to provide a UK-based guarantor who we can validate will be required to pay the full annual rent in advance.
